It all started with a father and son duo who set out on a mission to create the world’s greatest cinnamon roll from scratch. After months of trial and error, one master baker and hundreds of different recipes, they finally created the perfect roll. 

On December 4th, 1985, they transformed their hard-earned dream into a delicious reality with the opening of the first Cinnabon Bakery at SeaTac Mall in Seattle, Washington. The original Cinnabon® cinnamon roll became an instant obsession. 

To this day, the Cinnabon experience continues to grow to delicious new heights. With 11 locations in the UK alone, our menu has expanded to offer new and exciting ways for guests to enjoy our world-famous rolls.
